Workshop with Channel Partners, Ecuador
Individual consulting sessions for Motorola’s Partners in Ecuador. Meetings were held in Quito and Guayaquil. The objective was to develop mutual action plans with a selected group of Partners.

Workshop with Motorola NOLA
Leadership workshop on Channel Management best practices, conducted during three days at the Motorola‘s office in Colombia. Participants were all Channel Account Managers responsible of Central America, the Caribbean, Ecuador and Colombia.

Portavoz and ITSitio Alliance
The official alliance to represent ITSitio in Colombia was announced in November 2018. A customer event was held in Bogotá with participation from several well recognized companies from the IT industry as well as large wholesale IT distributors such as: Motorola, Oracle, Microsoft Xbox, Intcomex, Ingram Micro, LG Electronics, Western Digital, Axis, Kingston Technology, ViewSonic, 3nstar Inc. and Dell, among others.

Nexsys: “#HablandoDeNube” program
Portavoz in partnership with ITSitio is carrying out a Cloud Community program, under the name “#HablandoDeNube” for Nexsys in Colombia. On a weekly basis, newsletters are published to members of the Nexsys community with relevant content including interviews, news and case studies from different IT companies on their products and solutions on their approach the Cloud.

Motorola Regional Events, Colombia
Participated in a Roadshow conducting Sales Workshops discussing the latest sales trends for Partners in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla in Colombia. These events reached more than 70 Partner Companies.

Adobe Mexico Workshop
Portavoz led the development of activities to promote synergies between the regional Marketing Team and the Channel Sales Team in Mexico. Strategic objectives were defined based on the identification of the problem. Individualized commitments were reached in order to improve teamwork.

Exprescom Partners Workshop
Led a Partner´s conference for Top Partners with participants from 15 Partners in Tijuana, Mexico. Seminars focused in the step-by-step construction of their business plan, understanding the buyer process and, additionally, the understanding of the main considerations to take into account in their digital marketing strategy.
